I know Indium was big into the "ambient-to-peak" parameter, so now I know why. For their Sn/Pb paste, they recommended an EXACT number - I believe it was 4.5 minutes.

Hi, I checked out your component.They are differnet dimensions. You say you are not using the recommended overprint ? if this is the case, I would imagine that is your problem. If you want to contact me off line to discuss further plesae feel free.

Board Baking recommendations

If you bake the boards at 125 degrees celcius for about 4 hours it should work. I would also suggest that you talk to the PCB supplier to take care of this baking for you. NOTE: PCB�s with an Entek or any other type of OSP finish should not be baked.

If the show would of been in san diego again this year im sure we would of had 3 or 4 guys go but since its in L. A. nobody is going from our shop. I heard if you turn the wrong way leafing the show it gets bad real quick

What pitch IC? Perhaps a nickel stencil will work. Are your board FR4? Warping the board could play a major factor in solder shorting.
