dear all: we use the HCFC,manufactored by 3M,for the ultrasonic stencil cleaner.but it's too expensive to us. I think is it possible to use no-volatility liquid for the ultrasonic stencil cleaner? or other solvent? thank for your help jackie hsieh

We use an ultrasonic stencil cleaner (not Smart Sonic) and have problems with stencils falling apart. The metal foil is pulling away from the screen. Is this a common problem with ultrasonic stencil cleaners?

We are currently using an Aqueous Technologies Ultrasonic Stencil cleaner with Petroferm Chemistry.We Just drop the blades in turn on....come back 10 minutes later...squeeky clean. Cal

Is it acceptable to clean an assembled board in the ultasonic stencil cleaner? The cleaning requirement is where water soluable flux is used and needs to be removed. Thanks for you information!
