Thanks for the comments so far. The smallest nozzle I've tried is a 4mm, which is what Pillarhouse used on this board to provide a sample. I tried this but wasn't as good as the 6mm. I've soldered the same connectors on a different board using a 10mm

Can anyone offer guidelines on DFM and process recommendations for soldering .050" pitch connectors in the wave. The initail design had .026" drill with .043" pads so only .007" between pads. I requested .035" pads, but this still only leaves .015" b

I don't know your board, but for this specific part: 10mil round aperture on a 3.5mil stencil with type 4 paste wold be ideal

It is recommended that the thickness of the stencil of 0.1mm, the steel mesh should be partially nano-coated. It is best not to dry easily, and the particles are not easy to be too large. I have tried ALLPCB for this kind of BGA in the past and they

We are using our selective solder machine to solder a backplane with sixteen (16) 4x48 pin 0.080" connectors. Our first pass yield is about 85% meaning that 85% of the connectors come out with no bridges. Not quite as fine pitch as your connector a
