Possibly a non valid character in the POS file. You can check this out by viewing the file in a text editor and switching on the view invisible characters option. Also possibly that your component name is a keyword in the POS file. sarason

Nothing is missing I suppose. I was looking to see if there was another standard more appropriate to add to our POs. Something like, "all incoming material must be packaged according to J-Std-033B under penalty of death...or returned material."

Hey, thanks for the response, i tried looking at the POS file and there were no errors or special characters. the machine has a feeder set check error. do we have to assign the part with feeder on the cm602?

Well, we finally got the machine to power up and fully boot, but now we are having issues with zeroing the axes. X, Y and Theta zero OK, and the board conveyor runs, but when it tries to zero the PWC, the rail moves to the rear of the machine, hits
