nope, only placed 0.75mm pitch myself. I looked around some data sheets and did not find any 0.4mm.

We are aware that 0.4mm parts are coming [ http://www.kns.com/prodserv/flipchip/products/roadmap-ultracsp.PDF ], but are assembling none at the present time. We�re in no rush!!!

Hi Pete and Dave, I already check with Practical component, Tessera and TopLine Dummy component they said they only have up to 0.5mm pitch CSP. Anyway, thanks for your input... Do both of you know in the market right now is there any 0.4mm pitch C

Hi Mika, We had roughly the same set up - AP27 -CP6x2, GSMx2, VIP98 & we ran the thin boards with durastone routed pallets. If you route out a 0.4mm pocket on the pallet and either use kapton tape/high temp masking tape/ or 3M spraymount to hold
