nope, only placed 0.75mm pitch myself. I looked around some data sheets and did not find any 0.4mm.

We are aware that 0.4mm parts are coming [ http://www.kns.com/prodserv/flipchip/products/roadmap-ultracsp.PDF ], but are assembling none at the present time. We�re in no rush!!!

Hi Pete and Dave, I already check with Practical component, Tessera and TopLine Dummy component they said they only have up to 0.5mm pitch CSP. Anyway, thanks for your input... Do both of you know in the market right now is there any 0.4mm pitch C

Please check what is the actual pitch size. I found some of the designer use 15.7 mil pitch and no accumulate ie 15.7, 15.7 and 15.8...... Also, I recommended the pad width should be 10 - 11 mil for 0.4mm pitch. You can open the 10 - 10.5 mil aper
