Why do you want to go to WARP? I hope someone did not suggest WARP was the answer to some problem. I don't think you will have any trouble upgrading to WARP.

I have used Loctite, RTV3145, or Tak-Pak to secure the wire. As John said, the wire is usually secured to the board near the lifted lead, and usually at 1/4 inch intervals along the way. Brian W.

The software version is actually 1.4.7 I want to be able to use the feeders with the blue buttons. I bought the machine second hand.

Specify the nozzle size as 1.4 in both the nozzle allocation table and the PD, the nozzles will still pass center test as the size variation is still within tolerence.

I know that the smallest size available Kapton Tape is only 1/4". Does anyone know if there is such a thing, or where I can get a custom made roll of 1/8" Kapton Tape?

we have a new ersa ews500 wave machine and are experiencing difficulty in profiling for lead free. particular issue is reaching 110c preheat for large TH electrolitic caps while maintaining 110-170c on 1/4 watt resistors in same area

what size part? I will almost guarantee that a 1/4- 20 nut will remove part during reflow if it will fit. Russ
