What machine? Normally part height in the parts description would dictate placement pressure. In general, paper provides a better centered pick-up but may interfere with the pick-up(paper fibers)

If I had a choice I would choose a CP642 90% of the time. The loading system on the 643 can load 2 PCBs at the same time but is complicated. If 2 seconds on PCB load time is critical on your production choose the 643, if not, choose the 642.

I think 29, there is a help key cursor to the area and press the "help" key. It is a sticker on the televideo monitor kby key which may have fallen off or is illegible, its in the upper right
