168 hour cycle time typical. The customer does not care if the door is opened to load more cards etc. The cards are 6x8 typical.

In my case most of the PCBs are OSP finishing and worst case of MSD component on bottom side is level 3 (168 hours). You mean that PCB shelf life with bottom side assembled shoud be 84 hours?

Hi Dave, Thanks for your response. HAST is an acronym for Highly Accelerated Stress Testing. Instead of the conventional PCT or Autoclave which requires say 168 hours, HAST can tremendously shorten the time. There has been correlation being estab
