Hi there , We just got a 2000 litre Nitrogen tank for our Heller1809MKIII Reflow Oven , it has been installed and calibrated last week but now the Oxigen PPM doesn't drop below 3000 . Did anybody dealt with this issue before ?

You can purchase full motor assemblies directly from Heller. Please contact service with oven serial numbers and motor location ServiceNJ@hellerindustries.com.

you may also want to try replacing the Motor capacitor. This is often the culprit on those blower motors. I found them on Amazon for $3. much better then $450 for a new motor.

I have been trying to get the profile right for this part(OMAP3503DCBC) , but still struggle. I'm using the Herller 1809 MKIII oven. I look at the profile recomended by TI and still issue with the solder ball collaps and wetting. My peak temp @256
