We have PVA 350 benchtop dispensing equipement with humiseal 1A33 CC material. is there any moisture measurement process in conformal coating material?

Frank R, I believe the Dymax #984-LVUF is a POLYURETHANE RESIN. I have used Humiseal 1A27 and 1A33 for several years with great success. Both of these materials are High VOC materials. If your customer does not require these materials to be aproved

Not entirely clear on your question. We don't coat any of our hardware (assemblies are coated prior to hardware installation), so if coating needs to be reworked after this, then hardware removal is needed.

Hey Phil, i'm just curious what your rework processes are for your hardware after conformal coating is applied (if any). I'm interested in conformal coating as our hardware can be exposed to moisture rich environments at customer sites but to my kno

Reaching out to all conformal coating experts, please help! While setting up conformal coating using the automated atomized spray, we observing issues associated with conformal coating wetting on the following regions: 1) Component edges 2) Metalli

A couple of things to try as I just went through this myself. Checkout this link for pointers on plasma cleaning... http://www.nordson.com/~/media/Files/Nordson/march/Papers/The-Effects-of-Plasma-Treatment-Prior-to-Conformal-Coating-NordsonMARCH.p

Good morning Mark, No issues around the masking at this point. The issue seem to be in open areas as well as between clad runs. We are using Humiseal 1A33 Conformal Coat.

We doubt that Humiseal 1A33 is causing opens in your assemblies. We'd guess the opens occur earlier in the process, but are not hard failures. So, you pass your tests. When applied, the conformal coat flows into the gap in the ball crack and insulate

I am doing some rework to my CCA. I then need to conformal coat the board. I'm using Humiseal 1A33 GEL and my jumper wires are teflon coated. I understand the chemical interaction between the 2 products. My question is "Is this an acceptable prac

We bought a conformal coating removal machine AKA a sand blaster at an auction. It is a CCR2000 especially made to be ESD safe. Does anyone have any experience with sandblasting conformal coating? We mostly use humiseal 1A33 and UV40. When we use the
