Hi all, Is anyone out there placing 0402 with a CP4? Not sure how reliable it would be and also how do work around the nozzle setup ? we currently have 2.5mm ,1.3mm & 1.0mm so do you remove say 6 x 2.5mm and put in 0.7mm. Any replies appreciated.

Manufacturing already tried to get a design change but no chance. I guess because the designer is afraid the components could get bent too much if they are mounted with a stand off. Of course everyone who has to manufacture this fist sais: why don't

Hi, any idea what can cause 5% intermittent right component lead being bent during CTA transfer to the forks? Yet, everything is line up on these 2.5 mm lead span components.

Hi Experts, If SMT Type DDR DIMM Socket , PTH Pin size:2.5mm , PCB hole 2.45mm, Could this design can use placement machine to put DIMM on PCB? How to overcome the interference between PTH pin and PCB hole? Thank you Best regards James

Could anyone recommend somewhere i could order a new AIPH4090 2.5mm nozzle for a Fuji IP2? I tried Fuji but they tell me that its no longer available from them and they have no alternative. I also might need to order extra feeders along with it.
