Hi All I received some advice 1) use Flux with Thinner 2) use Flux with Water. Which one is better for my wave sodlering? The type of Flux is watersoluble.

I assume your problem is comming from the carrier. If it is so: 1. use carrier from another ,aterial 2. Use solder paste that handles faster profile Good luck!

The same issue i faced 2 yrs before , i sugest 1. Use stencil of 4 mils ( Take care of Aspect Ratio and Area Ratio ). 2. Use Solder Paste of Type 4.5 and Viscosity in between 1100 to 1300. ( Try Solder Paste of Cookson or Alpha metals : OM338 T45-L

Hi, I can give you a few steps. 1. The solder paste. Take the profile that manifacturer gives for the paste. 2. Use termocouple to measure the tempereture. Put PCB and measure the temperature in equal terms. 3. Compare your profile to manifacturers
