Bill, have you found the problem yet? We have been experiencing the same problem on our H-500C, and have found some clogging in the drain from build up caused by the de-foamer we use. Once cleared, the problem went away.

A Customer has asked me about a chart that allows for temperature compensation when measuring specific gravity in a wave solder machine. Anyone know of any temp. conv. chart? Thanks

No don't know about such a chart. But, consider changing the method used to check flux activity. Consult your flux supplier for a test kit that will measure actual activity (acidity). SG is a suggestive method.

You might want to try reducing your stencil aperture by 10% first off; if it still swims try using a home plate design. Also if your profile is going into liquidous to fast, this might cause the swimming as well, check your profile.

I am looking for storage enclosures for pasted boards. We manually paste several boards and put them in totes. Iwould like something on wheels and made with a clear material.
