Hi, I was wondering if any of you operators/users have experienced any reflow solderability issues with any of the ATMEL QFP components with in the last three months. Leaded or lead free processes?

hi, we use pump print stencil and have problem with cleaning.we clean the stencil handling, using zestron301, but in the holes stay adhesive.Take a test with ultrasonic cleaner but resalt is not good.

Try profiling your board. How can anyone say your profile is good without knowing the board size and specific parts on it.

Hi Marcin, I have run a lead free profile on a VIP98 with Indium 5.1AT paste using the following settings:- 120 150 190 190 210 260 270 75cm/min Hope this helps. Lee.

I have ordered 3/16th and 1/4 from McMaster Carr in the past. you buy it bulk cut it at an angle and melt it together. I think its Mcmastercarr.com and look into belts or conveyor belting you should be able to find it online there.
