of course it has an impact on line capacity. x-out boards have a shorter cycle time, but you have to push more panels through the line to reach the order quantity

DEK print limit

Using horizon 02i, I'm trying to program the print area of a board outside of just the board width. It seems that print front and print rear limit has no effect on the print area. Any suggestions on a solution?

Fuji IP3 strange behaviour

Also, sometimes placing heads "skip" some rotation - component is little skewed on board but vision shows "correct" numbers. Probably some mechanical error ?

I'd like to build my own carriers using tg fr4 as we have in house Cnc. Where can I find flush corner clamps? Or are these typically custom manufactured by individual carrier board manufacturers?
