The internal conveyor stopped working...won't take board in. Says there is a board inside machine...is it a sensor problem? Any suggestions? Nothing led up to this. Just started machine up after weekend, and it will not take the board in.

Thanks for the good advice - the UPS is fine (to be sure I disable it but the problem was still there) In the meantime we found the root cause - the XMP SyncNet card failed. We replaced it and it's all back in motion. Many thanks to all who had rep

Not sure if you fixed the problem in the meantime but try to disable the Z4 head to see if the problem actually belongs to the 4th head. Sometimes a totally unrelated problem is manifesting on the head. (I had communication problems between the XMP c

I know this post is getting a bit old, but the Juki KE-2060 can do 0201 up to 74mm square (or up to 150mm long connectors) on their standard machine. You only need to purchase the 0201 nozzle and feeder. The machine is factory set to run 0201. And

The 2060RE model that I have can do an 18"x20" board. I think the Mydata can do larger. Juki did tell me that next year they will release a machine that will do larger boards but didn't specify on how big. The 2060RE can do 0201 up to 74mm square

We are processing a 5x22" PCB using Juki "2010E and 2060E". Machines are spec'd as 18x20" cabable. We just needed to adjust a conveyor sensor (1 time) and ignore a few placement area warnings.

The L Version is slightly bigger PCB handling capability. However, it's relative to Juki, not to other manufacturers. We have found that the extra large board Juki's are similar to our standard Yamahas. Don't know about the 760, but the 2060L is 41

I would rather keep my Juki KE-2060. It runs faster, do larger boards, and can place a wider range of components when compared to the Opal. Also, I have trolleys on front and rear, without losing any feeder locations. Why can't you put trolleys on
