Does anyone else encounter problems using feeders to handle caps that are reeled up with paper tape. We are having alot of problems with vendors that are now using the thicker type (like cardboard) to use to reel up caps. Our feeders either run too

Yes I would have to agree Kemet is the worse. I believe our feeders are just not strong enough to handle the thickness of the tape. It seems to need alot of force to move and to roll the tape through.

Elissa can confirm the details of the feeder pitches / differences but I do recall that the green handle CL feeders are for 0201. We never did source the green handle feeders even though they appear to be quite common. The electronic feeder works fin

Alan, Fuji also has a standard motor feeder FMB-44 that should handle this component (believe the depth is right at 17mm for the feeder). This is the motorized feeder, not the old mechanical ones that they use to sell. D.

From what I know, Fuji new CP 7 might handle the 0201 pretty well, also, if you get the upgrade kit for the CP6-42. they can handle the 0201 too. The second one can handle the 0201 is the new siemen HS model. I think not only the feeder`s, camera siz
