I agree A UPS needs electrecity to work so it is definatly not exempt, and im sure it dosent fall into the other catagary either.

Does anyone know where I can get the trays and carrousels for these old OKI machines? I contacted the guy in Florida who is selling these now and he has none. He has been saying they will be in two weeks for 18 months now. Any help is appreciated.

do u mean program as in software? Minitab can do all the basic statistical analysis for your data and give you Cp, Cpk Values. The Cp and Cpk values are derived from estimates from the data (hence necessary to have Confidence Intervals). Regards, Am

Is this a new customer or an old one? That's quite a lot to ask if you're not accustomed to performing those analyses.

Air Academy Associates has a nice SPC package that has the PFMEA calculations built in to it. It also does Cp/Cpk/regression analysis, MSA, et al.You can combine it with a reaally user friendly DOE software for about $250. Both use Excel. Brian

Our CMs require a new stencil to be purchased, even if it is no different, or else sign a waiver. We purchased a new stencil.

Are there any users currently working with Unicam and Universal HSP and GSM? If so, what offline interface are you using? USOS or UCT-52. Was there any conflict between Universal's interface and Unicam? Thanks
