Hi All, I have observed this problem with one PCB supplier, the portion of the PCB area affected was cut and observed in SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and submitted to an EDX (Energy Disperse X ray analysis), finding Phosphorus levels higher

And what about the one from Ersa the IR550A?? It's more that 20k but did someone tried it?

You have one option: Take the boards to the fabricator that build the board and ask him for $20k.

ersa is one of the best machine in the industry now. However, price and after sales service is no good. I suggest you buy a low cost China made reflow oven. I know China made reflow oven cost at $20k for a 5 zones lead free Arman

Who can blame anyone for having lousy service in China when there's twenty companies selling cheap throw away ovens for $20K new. What's surprising is why would BTU, Ersa, Vitronics and Heller even try to sell over there anymore.
