I am asking if I can assemble BGA components with my machine QP242. My BGA spec : WIDTH * LENGTH = 27*27 MM PIN DIAMETE = 0.6 MM Thankd in advance.

The QP242 is a modular placer. If you have the BS (single head)module with the MTU7 tray unit you can most definitely place this device. If you have the BI units with no tray tower it is doubtful.

Yes and no. If you are going to just look at the body of the part then yes. If you are going to look at the balls then probably not. People will tell you that the QP will recognize balls which maybe true to some extent, but it will not do it over an

revola, Yes you can as long as you have a type 4 or 7 line scan camera fitted(type 7 is best as improved lighting), Front or Rear loading is not important, Snr tech is right, lighting isn't great with this machine but the camera is the same as fitted
