Thank you lads for all the help. It happened to be the first solenoid on top of the air muffler. Swapped it out with a newer one, air instantly to the rest of the machine.

DISCLAIMER: I've forgotten a lot more than I remember! It does sound like the dump valve shuttle is stuck and it's bleeding air. It doesn't sound like a stuck feeder because (correct me if I'm wrong) I *think* there are hall effect switches on tho

We intend to use VOC free fluxe in our nytro machine. Does anybody know if there can be problems with water ie. solvent residues in the tunnel. Perhaps there are some white papers available on that issue.
