I asked the stencil house we go to for quote on 29"x29" & anything larger stencil. Your board size converts to just 16.22"x26.9685". I don't know the next stencil size after 20"x20". Maybe, common is 29"x29"? I also asked about "frameless" stencils

A 20 x 20 frame with the image centered will drop in IF you have a printer with adjustable rails for the stencil, the rails move in and out to accomodate 29 x 29 to smaller than 20 x 20. Otherwise, you will need the adapter. James

I *think* an E5 takes a 29"x29" frame and you might be able to find one in that price range. The trouble is just finding one. Ekra America will probably have refurbs but the price will no doubt be higher from them.

They make manual printers that fit 29X29 inch stencils. We use one every day. It's an old Svecia model.

Hi BWET we are using a chamber that can take 2 stencils 29 x 29 blowing hot air from one side takes ~30min @ 40 C to dry - but sometimes up to 45mins BR
