Can you pl let us know what was the ESD sensitivity level of your assembly? We are also using plastic stencil from last 3 years and not seeing any major diffficulties in our class-3 product.

I used to run SIPAD technology 3 years back and during that time I was not aware of the price difference. Could anyone pls help me ( on costing point of view )if I were to compare SIpad PCB vs normal bare PCB.

I have been using silver coated boards for over 3 years and with a Qualitek No-clean solder paste and have used primarily the same convection reflow profiles as Hasl boards.
