we are having problem with the flipchip sticking to the tape and reel cover, jumping around the tape pockets, and double stacking at placement during production. Does anybody else have this problem? Does anybody have a solution.

Do you have vacuum on your printer? I guess not or you wouldn�t be asking. Can you get vacuum? If not you could use double sided tape, I am always amazed how many times it can stick before it needs replaced.

I agree with AVFM. We have had at least 5 TP machines and a MY12. We stick carrier tape to scrap circuit boards with double sided tape. Teach it as a tray. Works perfect. The Count On strip feeder looks cool but is no necessary in my opinion.
