We currently have several Vitronics Re-flow Machines, and I would like to know if I can move software V.10.01.00 from a XN1030 to a XA0820 machine running V. 08.00.00. Both machines have the same Controller Hardware Version A32.1.00

First, it�s GREAT that your defect rate of 282 is very close to your Boss� goal of 50 ppm. Second, your Cpk and your ppm numbers don�t tie out with our expectations. You say Cpk for: * mounter is 1.0 and �your mounting is 83ppm�. * printing is 1.33

In the VIOS file between lines &B.MNT and &B.OPT you will find the index number (in hexadecimal, four digits just in front of the reference designator in each line) into the component and feeder table. The feeder table entries are designated with &F
