Anybody have problen soldering a IC with leads that are copper base, plated with 300 u inch min. of 80Sn/20Pb solder? We are having problems soldering a 16 mil QVSOP to a Gold Flash Board. Thanks Chris

Anyone think that this, http://img336.imageshack.us/my.php?image=nodule27wc.jpg, is a nodule which will eventually grow into a tin whisker? Observe the plating on the component lead. Thanks in advanced for opinions.

H, I tried without the commaat the end http://img336.imageshack.us/my.php?image=nodule27wc.jpg Seems to work. IMO, it looks like questionable component plating and not this so-called "nodule".

Hi Tom, You're right. I do find the second locating pin hardware. Now I got them both up/down when F3 is pressed. Thanks. I don't see any pin on the hardware and no edge clamp hardware either :-( , do you know any way that I can bypass these hardware
