I am looking for immediate stock of a high temp lead free solder ball. 0.60 mm dia. and an Alloy of 95.5% Sn 4.0% Ag 0.5% Cu Any suggestions.

Why is the garbled character of AD18 converted to protel4.0 version?

4.0 is necessary for PCB manufacturer. ALLPCB has many pcb engineers, you can ask them change for you.
