Has anyone experimented with the Amtech 4300 flux that claims to be a no-clean flux that is easily removed with water? If so, how did it go? Is this flux truly removable with water only while creating adequate solder joints? -OtheRuss

Has anyone heard of a no clean paste that can be cleaned in straight DI water ?

Try AMTECH 4300. Although a No Clean, it can be cleaned with only hot DI Water. A saponifer will help but the residues are easy to remove. RELO classification.
