I knew I was forgetting something. We use Smart Sonic 440-R, a mildly alkaline (ph 12.4 in the concentrate, we dilute to about 10%) detergent that they obviously recommend for use.

Rob, How does your chemistry stack up against the 440R? I see you mentioned ease of maintenance as one down fall in that chemistry's make-up. Could you elaborate for me. Thanks.

Alcohol and a scrub brush or try some 440R (http://www.smartsonic.com/). This stuff cleans almost anything off.

We had the same issue. Switch to the 440-R and remove your heat. Your wash cycle can be changed down to 2 minutes. Make sure to mix the correct amount, and you want have anymore delam's. Kevin S
