I have recently purchased an ACE Kiss 101A Selective Solder System 4 weeks ago. I am having a terrible experience. The nozzle will not stay wet, and the flux-er pattern continues to shift erratically; all leading to very poor quality process. ACE

The current discussion about solder fountains has to do with copper dissolution. Broadly, copper dissolution is the weakening of copper traces where a trace and a barrel plating intersect due a loss of the copper into the solder. Longer contact time

I believe that NORDSON now recommends AIM NC277. Nordson bought out ACE-protech.
