Thanks for the info Sarason. The UVCL is a Urethane. Did not want that hard of finish (for solder rework issues). We like the Acrylic as acetone will remove cured material for solder rework.

Contact your distributor for the coating or Humiseal directly. Humiseal has had a recent issue with batches of 1B31. The specific problem is lack of adhesion, which is what you have as well. You need to find out if your batch # is one of the affected

Dear Sir, We are using 1B31 conformal caoting of 48 sec viscosity in Zahn #1 cup, by machine(PVA354) application with Tank air pressure 2.3 psi, automising air pressure 1 psi. 7 days after application we are observing peeling off problem.. And n
