If this is a water soluble flux, then the discoloring is caused by the still active flux microetching the solder fillets. Prevention is to wash off all water soluble flux as soon as possible

You're thinking correctly in trying to improve your process. Can you change to a more active flux? Look at the copper that connects to the center pin. You may need to relay-out the board to add a wagon wheel style thermal relief in that area.

I know of no such industry standard. Start with MIL-D-3464E, Desiccants, Activated, Bagged, Packaging Use And Static Dehumidification http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/FEDMIL/d3464e.pdf

Yes, he is correct, it is probably a sensor. That does NOT mean a sensor is bad, just that it has not been activated during a time limit or servo count. Watch what the last 2 or 3 things it does before the error.

In order to create a new part you must first select one of the parts that is installed with autoprogram. The edit button will become active so that you can create a part.

You can have it either way. In each program you can select to have the side pressure active for the entire program. The factory setting is to have it release immediately after it pushes the pcb against the fixed rail.
