more heat.But that's not correct!If convection there are air flaws and bare board has lower temperature than a board with high density.When you have elements on board you hava a vortex and the air flaw invreases the temperature.

So far we haven't had any problems with air in the syringe, but in the process of replacing the old syringe is were we had the problem. I'll keep your tip in mind if we ever have the need to get air out of a syringe though. Thanks for the info. JB

It can be wrong pressure sensor switch setting,malfunction or low incoming air pressure.If incoming air pressure below the setting limit then 1 block stop message will display on screen.
