I was wondering if anyone else out there using the Vectorguard system by DEK has had problems with leaking air bladders. We started using a 29 x 29 frame about a year ago, and already, we've needed to send the frame back 3 times for repair due to int

We had same trouble with one (different mfg.). Sent it back 3 or 4 times for repair. Turned out to be a small burr in the machining on the internal parts that house the air bladder. Same thing happens if you have a burr on a bicycle tire rim. Tou

Sean, If the machines use more than the spec'd 8CFM, are not leaking and work fine otherwise, I wouldn't disqualify them on that basis alone. You may be exceeding the duty cycle rating of your compressor and not necessarily the volume. If Samsung

Hi, We just purchased the above two machines and they're still in the trial period. We have problems with air requirements of the above two machines. For example, Samsung CP45 is listed at 8 CFM only, but it will kick off the compressor (rated at

Has anyone ever replaced the venturi vaccum pump on the CP45 or other series machine? Or used a centralized vaccum system? It works fine, but air consumption seems excessive. This is what is in there, it probably uses 10cfm at least. https://www.p

A follow up, using an external vacuum pump works fine, and reduces load on the air compresssor, probably using 1/3 of the air.

I also use a small vacuum pump, this allows me to run a small compressor to supply air to the machine, around 7.5cfm. Someone suggested it to me years ago, the venturi system in the machine uses a lot of air and is noisy. The pump is a yellow jacket

Air flow was the issue, more CFM required then my compressor an deliver. I have to use 2 compressors, you can hear a set of contacts engage when pressure is applied and sufficient.

Hello, This is my first time posting to this forum, or forums in general, so go easy on me. I have just acquired a CP45FV NEO, "My other car is a CP45FV NEO" anyways, when I try to put the machine into ready mode I get the error, [0006] I/O power

it is not that big deal. you can use almost any generic grease. I use SKF bearing grease on CP45FV's. Just make sure you remove old grease, I use IPA and compressed air to do this. And don't put too much of it or too little. After greasing everything
