Mod code 69 in early firmware versions was laser align part size addition but in later versions is was laser intensity.....if its set to 0 try it at 250 and see what it does....if this doesnt work....set it back to 0. It seems that when you put somet

haha....thanks Steve!!! Nozzle Height of 1 means that you have dust or something in the quadalign lens. You need to clean the lens with alcohol then a dry lint free cloth and if it stays the same....that means the lens has an issue or there is dirt

Herb: Try oversizing your stencil fiducial openings to maybe twice the size of the board fiducial. When aligning manually, look for uniformity in the annular ring which appears around the fiducial. Hope this helps.....

I have no opinion on the accuracy and repeatability tolerances you should be looking for on the vision system and the actual alignment of the stencil. I expect Cp=2 from my printer.

This is brutal. O.Tarango, I think the techs on this forum need a bit more detail from you. There are only a million or so possibilities why your components are being mis-aligned.

Firstable, thanks for all your comments, sorry if my question was too un detailed, I really need your help on this, actually we are using a 4796 HSP in our SMT process most of the incidences of mis aligned component are on two 0420's capacitors Rega
