Thank you for your reply. YES, optical alignment system allows two pictures to be viewed simultaneously but it can be achieved more ways. Do you know what method is used in the superior machines e.g.in Shuttlestar machines?

Parts will self align using Pb free paste as well. If your parts are not self aligning with Pb free paste, you have a problem with either your paste or the oven profile you are using.

Look for Philips Emerald (3 Phase supply) or it's predecessor Eclipse (single phase supply). It has 2 heads, Laser + Vision alignment (no mechanical alignment).

Hello, I have fixed the issues with the centering. Below the centering head there is a adjustment screw. First you have to remote a few screws to get access to it. They you can turn the adjustment screw to align the centering jaws.

The DEK248 we had at one time was pretty compact but it did not have automated alignment- just a semi-manual camera/monitor stencil alignment process.
