Has anyone had luck with Mydata US web contact forms? There are forms on their US website that allows contacting departments directly, but nobody ever responds. Does anyone ever get responses back?

I've found 08MPF good for 0402's & 0603's, however that was before the blade nozzles were released, and from what I've seen the blades allow you to place a lot closer.

I don't know about the TM8FC magazines but the Agilis magazines allow you to slow down the tape advancement speed. If you can, slow down the tape advancement on the TM8FC.

Use a back door connector. Place and reflow the connector like any other. But, the PC bosrd is cut open directly under the connector allowing the male portion to go thru the PCB and mate with the female connector. Both PCBs would have SMDs mounted

no, we can't go to screening as the majority of the products being glued are already stuffed with through-hole that has been bent and clipped. (boards weren't laid out in a fashion that allows for double sided SMT then through hole insertion)

Thanks Dave. We are UK based which is why we are still allowed to use Trike and our product is for an aerospace application so changing a cleaning chemical is much easier than requalifying a new flux. This was pretty much what I thought my options

I used to be pretty active on the selective memory front. Now I'm lucky to remember stuff I want to, never mind stuff I'd like to forget (although typically my spouse won't allow it).

Let me get this straight. You have large apertures for some reason? If this is the case you could try making the aperture like a screen, many small apertures to support the blade, rather than one large aperture that allows the blade to deflect.

Agree. Drop the conveyor speed.....and drop the zone temps accordingly. This should allow the board leads and components heat at a more even rate and stop the over temp. issues. I do not suggest running only the bottom heaters this can bring new issu
