There 's one thing I'm not sure...For the OSP board finish whether we could bake and then store this kind of PCB?or whether once we opened the vacumm package of OSP board and then we can't bake it ? Thanks Bryan

Baking your boards will redue the amount of OSP on the board. If you use the boards quickly, you probably will not have a problem with baking [and don't bake too long]. Why do you want bake this board?

We'd guess. What does your customer say? If my customer gave me a written order to do something, I'd do it, unless he was wacked.

The customer asked me to propose the type of screw and if possible the type that we are using for other products. With that proposal he will create documentation to make the changes. This customer always discuss with us for any improvement.

A stackup is basically this, if all parts (mating) are at the high end or low end of tolerances will they still fit together or meet any dimensional requirements as an assembly.
