Biggest SMT issue we encounter in our production floor is Damaged Component,we have implemented a lot of action items but the reject is not declining.Can anyone suggest any special action taken to resolve this problem at your facility.

I have heard the term as both green stick and orange stick, but yes, pushing on the leads to detect un soldered leads. The amount of force is subjective. Any thoughts on this is appreciated.

Won't there be ESD & inspection problems with Martins dispensed all over the board? we only have 1 Martin here and he would fail an ESD test and a cleanliness test. Also he's considerably bigger than any board we make.

ScanCAD comes to mind. I don't have any experience with it but I have heard of it. I think it is designed to do what you are asking.

Does any one have a picture of a unversal stencil adapter for a SPM printer? We have stencils for Dek machines that are 25" by 23"wide that we need to turn 90 degrees to be able to center the pattern for the spm printer.Or do you have one for sale? T
