What's wrong with 10E10? 100 Mohms (1E8) is a pretty standard lower limit so you're a few orders of magnitude better than needed.

SPI is especially useful when you start going to lower pitch/size components. Best use is inline to identify issues. It is a powerful tool in the right hands and a burden when operated by wrong people. I value it more than the AOI equipment.
