Im having problems with my ap 25. I get the air pressure fault alarm when it boots up so I bypassed the air pressure switch but I still get the alarm. The air routes through the machine as soon as I hit the on button, I thought it wasnt suppose to

I would measure the voltage on the yellow wire going to the air pressure sensor. Are you getting 24VDC? If so, maybe replace the input DC module on IO card #2. I think it is IDC module 8 on that board. Try not to have too many violent thoughts.

Getting this error more frequently. Whats causing this?? I have to reset machine every time costing man hours. After resetting its fine but does it at least once a day.
