Does anyone know where I might find an AP25~27 or UP2000 series printer for very low dollars? It would be nice if all of the parts are there (or not) and does not need to be operational. Thanks, Charlie

I agree with dry wiping. We have 4 SPM's and 2 AP25's, we have never had a need for solvent. I would be cautious using alcohol/ or alcohol based solvents.

The sprayer is supposed to be aimed at the part of the wiper paper that comes in contact with the stencil.(Not @ the stencil) We have 4 SPM's and 2 AP25's and never had a need to use the solvent sprayer. Dry wiping works just fine. Print on !......

At times we have had this problem with our AP25 due to one of the conveyor belts slipping. Load a PCB and check to see that both conveyor belts are running at the same speed. If not, tighten the one that is dragging. Hope this helps.

havfe you tried all paste manufacturers? Dog ears are usually from a little sticking to the aperture walls. this is usually the result of stencil design and or table seperation speed.

Good day, We are using dedicated vacuum tooling. I cant turn off the vacuum because board will not be fixed at all. BR, Pavel

Good day, I simply switched the production from MPM to other printing machine. Defect disappeared. Process parameters and process materials were the same. Stencil was the same. Dog hides somewhere in the machine. BR, Pavel
