Interesting! not the usual error. In my experience when the vision cables get damaged it shows up and white noise flashes across the monitor. The connections are the easiest to check so here's your system layout with connection points. Starting at

Hello, I have an MPM AP 25 and the camera parks itself over the worknest, so when the z tower tries to rise to print, it collides with the camera. Is there some way to adjust the park position so that the camera in not in the way of the Z tower? Than

We've got a problem with our AP25.. I just finished repairing and calibrating this printer. We needed to replace the camera. After the cal. was done, the print accuracy was superb. However, it seems now, the consistency will not maintain itself. T

Don, either you have a faulty park sensor or much more likely the vision gantry Y axis is not reaching the sensor. Possible issues, one of the two VY drivers cards is failing; one of the VY forcer motors (air bearings) is failing; to much air leakin

Daxman, The diagnostic results didn't look very pretty. Especially on the vision x standard deviation. Any time there is an asterisk, that is a bad thing. The failure number for all axis, excetp theta, is .0002. Could need more air flow to the x

Not an easy task and requires calibration jig. MPM support field service is your best bet. The adjustment screws for the prizm located on left side of camera will adjust the x direction. There is a set screw on the front that must be loosened first.

Daxman, Try this: - it might help your histogram. The camera may be operating production reads at or close to the z-axis drive limit but you don't know really. Write a dummy program that will allow you to load a PCB into the centernest at vision h
