Im really confused about your answers. it is very tedious. you tell us you connect via VNC, but dont have a password. that is contradictory. Here in Attachment is a instruction manual for VNC viewer for VP3000. Good luck

Hi, we have a ASSCON VP3000 vapour Phase oven. The touch screen of the display don't work. We have try to use VNC VIEWER to command it, but we can access, we see the display on the pc but no way to control. What can we do? Thank you

We have had good luck with the Omron CKD VP3000L. I won't pass every good board, but it will fail every bad board.

It may sound as a stupid question, but have you tried connecting mouse and keyboard? If there is a screen, there must be a computer somewhere.
