Hi, we have an used ASSCON VP450. But tghe time in - out of the PCB is about 25 minutes. Very high time. The most long time is in pre-heating fase. EDR=100% Have you any ideas to configure it? Thank you

I used ASSCON VP450 with Galden 205 Fluid. It worked fine. Good Solder Joint Quality. I'm not promoting the product just sharing what I had.

Thank you for the answer. The problem is that all the cycle is between 15 and 20 minutes. We have checked the heat resistor and it is ok.

It is normal to have a longer heat up time when you power on the machine. Then the cycle time depends on your board mass and oven settings. (We have a bigger Ascon oven and the cycle time after the initial heat up is between 5-10 min @ 50% ETR). If y

Maybe check your sensors and the parameters for soldering. Do you see any promp during soldering that the solder cycle exceedes the maximum soldering time? Are you using ASB? Have you measured the soldering profile? (Does it confirm the long solderin
