Hi, we have a ASSCON VP3000 vapour Phase oven. The touch screen of the display don't work. We have try to use VNC VIEWER to command it, but we can access, we see the display on the pc but no way to control. What can we do? Thank you

Im really confused about your answers. it is very tedious. you tell us you connect via VNC, but dont have a password. that is contradictory. Here in Attachment is a instruction manual for VNC viewer for VP3000. Good luck

None, the control of the oven not require for me any password. But the productor (ASSCON) say me that teorically there is a password for access that must inserted on a windows on logon.

It may sound as a stupid question, but have you tried connecting mouse and keyboard? If there is a screen, there must be a computer somewhere.

Are you sure you connected as Administrator? On UVNC Server Settings it is possible to connect as Admin and connect as view only see attachement
