Walcome, I am looking for an information about repetability and accurancy of placing component 0201 on the machines: Assembleon Topaz Xi II and Emerald Xi II. What is your experinces and is it a good chose to buy them for placing component 0201.? Do

Check out Yamaha - also old. A large number of parts (the same machines under the Assembleon, Philips brand), cheap feeders, many parts suppliers. Models from 2 to 16 heads, e.g. Emerald-X can accommodate 84 INDEPENDENT 8 mm feeders.

Hi, Why not have a look at Philips/Assembl�on, their ACM machine is quite nice. It may also bring you down to Flip Chip, 0201 some through hole and odd form placement. Nice options like bulk feeding, coplanarity tests, fluxing for FC, prom feeders (
