In the main menu, press the SW version icon, then type ilovesafety and the top blue line will start blinking, select the close button. Press the software setting icon, now you can use the operator setting icon to change /recover password.

The equipment suppliers normally have hidden or additional log ins. Can you not reach out to the equipment manufacturer for help? I've done so in the past & they have just provided a file path which would contain the log in details of everything apa

First, I'm a Yamaha Rep. You can check with your local Yamaha Rep. Some of the GEM Series can use Yamaha software. The Assembleon product was a Yamaha software with an Assembleon overlay.
