Conformal coat material dispensed through epoxy needle?

Thanks, we'll try this too. We aquired an asymtek millenium for dispensing selectively. It is setup for epoxies with a needle dispense head so we'll try to make it all work for us. One-part silicones seem to be the popular solution.

I'm setting up a asymtek millenium m-cob style dispenser for the first time and running through the master offsets routine but when it attempts to find the needle in the nsz needle sensor it works in the x direction but when it attempts to locate in

I have experience with both Xyflex and Asymtek. I think the M2000 is much easier to maintain. About 30 minutes once a week to clean the valve. The dots are more consistant, also.
